The work of the South Florida Federal Executive Board is primarily accomplished through the efforts of our committees. The FEB committees are composed of people with relevant expertise and diverse backgrounds from the federal, state and local level who otherwise would not have an opportunity to communicate and collaborate. Committees can also include industry experts to address matters that require specialized knowledge.

The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the only authorized solicitation of federal employees in their workplaces on behalf of approved charitable organizations. |

We serve as a focal point for resources and expertise on safety and health issues in federal agencies. |
We plan and conduct the annual FEOY recognition ceremony for federal employees in Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe and the city of West Palm Beach. |

We develop agency talent and bridge skill gaps. Additionally, we identify, evaluate and distribute information on recommended human capital programs, such as human resource development, diversity, shared neutrals, and employee recognition for use by the South Florida Federal community. |
We manage and support the federal communities efforts to give back to the local community within Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe counties. Our members plan, organize and implement community projects such as the Fed by the Fed Food Drive, Toys for Tots, and Habitat for Humanity. |
